This is 自分の名前 from 会社名. Can I speak to 相手の名前, please？

例文

ミッション・インポッシブル社のトム・クルーズですが、ブラッドさんはいらっしゃいますか？

電話では「My name is」ではなくて「This is」と名乗ります。

My name is Tom ではなく、This is Tom です。
