初診患者

当院へいらっしゃったのは初めてですか？

Is this first visit to our hospital?

当院に前回来た時から2か月経過していたら、もう一度初診の手続きが必要です。

If you have not been back to the hospital in two months, you need to repeat the irst visit procedure.

紹介状はお持ちですか。

本院では、小児科と一般外科以外は、紹介状がないと受信できません。

At this hospital, with the exception of the Pediatrics and General Surgery departments, you can't consult a doctor without the letter of introduction.

初診料として5,000円が必要です。この費用は、健康保険では補填されません。

A special fee of  5,000 yen will be charged for your first consultation. This fee is not covered by your national health insurance plan.

救急の場合を除いて、どの診療科で診察を受ける場合でも予約が必要です。事前に登録をお願いいたします。

Except for emergenccy cases, all consultations in all departments are conducted by appointment. Please make an appointment in advance.
